Arnold Williams has always had a passion for the Internet. AW first set up a community Internet site in 1999. The site broke even by the end of 1999, and was sold to a bigger startup.  He then served as the Chief Executive with this Internet business.

He currently serves in two companies. One as a content development executive in an Internet company, and also as the Chief Development Officer in his own company nextspire.com.
